We couldn't have picked a better place for our 3 night stay. Sweet and compact accommodation, with comfy beds for a good night's sleep. Close to beach and amenities. Would 100% book here again.

Much better than i expected, The property is just as it appears in the photos. Very clean and comfortable. Check-in was great as i arrived after hours. The aqua lodges could actually sleep 6 to 7 people, but that would be pushing it for only 1 bathroom. Manatees actually swim right up to back deck daily. Very peaceful location with beach access less than1 mile away. Grocery stores and restaurants only 2 blocks away. This was my first time staying on the property and will be the place i return to for years to come.

The room (boat!) was really cool! We thoroughly enjoyed the back deck sitting on the water watching people kayaking, fish jumping and people fishing. The entire property was very well-maintained, and the staff was friendly - even recommending a fantastic dinner spot! We'd definitely stay again!!

Fantastic stay! So glad we booked here! It was magical, we all really enjoyed the clean relaxing vibe of the marina, it was in a good location to get to all the activities we had planned for our trip in Florida keys! I was sad to leave after a four night stay! Book it! My husband was not convinced when I showed him the house boat online but he was so glad I did as soon as we arrived ⭐️
