The house was nice and cosy, comfortable beds and fitted my husband, my 4 kids and myself in perfectly. It had everything we needed! Owners are also amazing to communicate with.

Close enough to be easy far enough to feel like a real escape. We were looking for a weekend of nothing. Beach bliss, fishing, watching the tide roll in and out and the sun go up and down. Just what the doctor ordered. Great hosts who went the extra mile to make our stay relaxing.

We were looking for somewhere to disconnect, rest and relax, we couldn’t found have a better place to do this. Mill House is in such a lovely spot. Amanda is a brilliant host, so friendly and helpful. She even offered to loan me her hiking boots. Kitten is friendly and cuddly. We enjoyed the McClugguge tunnel walk, lazy sunny afternoons on the veranda and stayed warm on cold nights in front of the cozy fire. Who could ask for more.

A well equipped Bach with the added bonus of two bathrooms. A great holiday destination, we will definitely return. Cheers

Ten of us were attending an event in Onaero and this property was within easy reach. Lovely wood burner to keep us warm, plenty of kitchen equipment and furniture to ensure we could cook and be comfortable. Would certainly look to stay again.

This was a second visit to the Whanga Bridge house for 3 of our group. The house is well set up for bike 'packing' the Forgotten World Highway. Love the large covered verandah. A very short walk to the Whanga pub.
