We were out and about every day and needed a quiet restful comfortable base at the end of each busy day. This was ideal. Having a cleaner come in at the end of the stay assisted us to catch our flights without rushing around. For us it was handy to CBD and St. Clair.

We always choose to stay here when in Dunedin. Always clean and comfortable. Great communication.

We had a very relaxing stay! The house was perfect for our needs in terms of location and rooms. I would recommend leaving the curtains open at night so that you can enjoy the beautiful lights.

Warm clean and handy. Great place for a family who needs a base to stay while in Dunedin. Our 3yr old loved the top bunk.

Lovely cosy home. Really appreciated the heat pump on when we arrived on a cold Dunedin evening. Shower was great and very comfy beds.
