Sunny and private 2 bed Wakari home elevated with views over harbour

A very clean and tidy 2 bedroom home elevated to capture great sun and views over the city and harbour.

Conveniently located for Roslyn and Maori Hill villages and 8 mins drive to town including the Octagon, University, Hospital and Stadium.

Fully furnished open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with great views.

One large double bedroom also with the view and one smaller double bedroom, both with plenty of storage and linen included.

Bathroom is compact and includes a shower over bath.

There is plenty of on street parking and access is via some steepish steps and a path. Please consider this if you have any mobility concerns.

Private and sunny patio elevated behind the house, also accessed via some steps.

No pets, parties or smoking on the property.

Please note that we haven't included a cleaning fee on the basis that you will leave the property as you found it.

We had a very relaxing stay! The house was perfect for our needs in terms of location and rooms. I would recommend leaving the curtains open at night so that you can enjoy the beautiful lights.

Wee Gem on the Bank

This house is everything it says it is and more. Perfect for the 3 of us, warm, sunny, beautifully redecorated, beautiful view, fab location. Quiet when you want to relax or sleep but only a few minutes away from the bustle of town. Whenever we're back in Dunedin, we'll be booking in here!

Great view and great value

Very clean and well presented with a wonderful view of the valley and across the water. Comfortable and well refurbished from its Housing Corp. past. The state of some of the adjoining properties gave some concern and thoughts of “oh no I’ve picked a lemon” but once you’re inside all is well. Polished floors, modern appliances, comfortable beds, heat pump for cooler nights though will need better duvets as autumn comes in.
