Te Tii apartments

Had a lovely stay for 2 nights for country music festival. Apartment close to beach and nice cafe next door.

Great place, lovely hosts, we had an excellent time.

Wow! What a view from the balcony! It was amazing to arrive in time to see the sun going down over the water. We were met by Jane who showed us around the property, recommended some trips for our short stay, places to eat and walks - all were excellent suggestions. The Loft was incredibly well kitted out - tea, coffee etc, a cold beer on arrival, bathroom lotions, games, books… The morning kayak trip was fitted into a busy itinerary & much enjoyed. Jane kept in regular contact and helped out when a medical visit was required. The most difficult thing about our stay was finding time to relax and enjoy the beautiful property whilst also seeing as much as we could of what the bay of islands has to offer. It was all wonderful!

Good central location for the places we wanted to visit. Perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day. Nice to have milk in the fridge to make a hot drink on arrival. Everything was perfect for us.

Great ammenties. So much to do at the accomodation and around the area. In a steep hill, but otherwise fantastic.

Stunning apartment/ flat! So well-appointed. Fantastic hosts. Beautiful location, so peaceful. Only the sounds of fantails & bellbirds… Great start point for the Bay of Islands, with superb views. Thanks so much to Paul & Lee for sharing their stunning property.

This was our fourth visit in as may years to this accomodation. We have stayed in the upstairs apartment twice and the downstairs apartment twice, depending on group size. On this occasion we had both as came away with another family. The accomodation is so beautifully dressed, and everything is always in full working order and absolutely spotless. We love the location as it is nice and quiet and a perfect spot to explore the Bay of Islands from.

What a pleasure to stay here. Needed to get out of the hussle and bussle that is Auckland and glad to find this gem. Silvia is a great attentive host who gives you the info you need and always at hand while also giving you privacy when on the property. Was running late getting in and she checked in at make sure we werent lost. The place is fresh and new and is among an orchard with horses in the paddock. Kerikeri is a 20min drive for any essential or place to eat out at. Internet connection works perfectly. There is no tv or reception but that just gives you more time to explore the beautiful surroundings that you are in. If you want a beautiful fresh place to just hang and recharge without distractions of technology you cant go wrong here.
