The Vienna Grand Apartments were a great place to stay and we intend to go back again next time we are in Vienna. The service from the reception staff was excellent and I would like to thank them for their assistance both when we arrived and when we left. The facilities provided at the apartment were everything that we could have asked for even to the extent that we could have made international toll calls at no cot if we wanted to. The beds were very comfortable and the apartments are positioned in a local area so we were able to access food etc. at a reasonable price. Even though it snowed on our las day we were never cold as they are well heated.

Great apartment location with hotel benefits
Very spacious apartment, helpful 24/7 manager on site, next to a quiet street, lots of restaurants around and a lift between floors.

As a couple of travellers from New Zealand, we couldn’t recommend a more welcoming stay. From the minute we walked in the door (late evening due to train delay) the reception staff were so helpful and obliging.
Checking in was seem-less and rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. A Washing machine/dryer in our room was invaluable.
Adina hotel is so close to Wein train station and city trams are on your door step, so exploring this wonderful city is so easy.
Of note : several reviews talked about poor air conditioning and in some cases did not work, however there are sensors on the windows. Windows MUST be shut in order for the aircon to work.

Great place to stay. Clean and tidy with great service. Free bottle of beer and water top up everyday made a difference in the hot weather. It was really appreciated. Centrally located and we found it an easy and enjoyable walk into old town, beerfeist site and the zoo. We can revommend tge zoo as good value. Nice river walk nearby.
The parking was a little costly and kitchen area was a bit cramped. More a motel with facilities rather than an apartment but we would stay here again
