Fabulous property, it has everything you could want, including bubbles ,beer, cheese and crackers on arrival! .
The view over the ocean from every window and the amazing deck is one in a million!!
The drive up and backing down is a challenge, but nothing that can't be done. Well worth it 👌

Clean & Modern
What a beautiful property. Love the decor.Full kitchen with everything we needed. Was a bit more expensive than other properties in the area but there were lots of added extras which made it worth while. Snacks and fresh eggs from the owner's own hens. Aswell, packets of cereal and a loaf of bread meant breakfast was sorted. Make up remover wipes were also handy a I forgot my cleanser! Pilates studio downstairs was also a bonus. Just a minute walk from the beach and restaurants.

Immaculate property in a very convenient location
Loved our stay at Raumati Sands so much we extended an extra night from our original booking. Our apartment was immaculate, had great amenities and was quiet. Lovely pool area. Beach, park, cafes and restaurants all within a 1-2min walk. We look forward to staying again next year.

My mum and sister's stay was perfect. It was homely, spacious, private and had every necessity needed and more. Pam and Chris's hospitality was very warm and welcoming.
