Tongariro National Park chalets

Great place to get away with family. Really enjoyed house layout. Small issue with hot water but host sorted immediately and good communication.

Property was great, only problems were the oven was a bit slow to cook and the wifi was unreliable, but none of that was a biggie with the amount of games there was to play

Nicely presented home with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Great deck area for chilling out.

This is a small detached property about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Ohakune. Quiet location. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer had been installed since we made the booking which was very welcome. Heating was either a small electric radiator (which we used) or a wood burner, which would probably be necessary to light outside of summer months. Bedrooms were upstairs via a narrow staircase, not easy if you have a heavy suitcase. Bathroom was downstairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great 4 day stay with the kids during the holidays. So close to Whakapapa. The fireplace was good to have! Quiet area, easy check in process.

Enjoyed our stay , chalet was warm and had everything we needed. Drying room worked a treat for ski gear. Great setup if there are a few kids.
