Nice modern feel, lovely staff and great location. Only small negative was that the cleaning during the stay was very thorough e.g. bathroom not swept, bathroom bin not fully emptied

Franklin St Quest has everything you could want, central to be able to walk everywhere or catch the free buses and trams. The Intercity bus station is directly over the road. We were a group of senior ladies and could all get together for our outings with seating in the lobby. The pantry is a great idea too

Nice stay at the apartment for an evening, decent sized fridge, good pool, very close to the shopping centre and a petrol station. Were advised by staff that there had been some break-ins lately, which was appreciated, so we just made some precautions to put our valuables away or take them with us.
