Amsterdam guest houses

We had a great couple of days here. The location is perfect, as described very central. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay.

Excellent apartment, very modern and new. Amenties is a self help. good for families as had washing machine and dryer, kitchen facilities for cooking. I had to suggest to vendor to label the Amenties jars as you didn’t know what they were. They did run out of coffee but they obliged to send a small jar up to our room. Very close to tourist places, central train, shops, groceries. TV broke but they got fixed the next day, good service. Don’t get breakfast as not that great, better and cheaper to buy groceries around the corner. We got a free breakfast box as we had to wait over 30mins to access room.

Visited Holland and Paris with my wife and 15 year old granddaughter to show granddaughter where I came from 60 years ago, could not have chosen better location and have excellent staff in hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel

We recently stayed for 9 nights. You have to visit the Hotel De Hallen (about 3 minutes walk away from the apartments) to checkin. The people at reception made us feel really welcome, and provided plenty of information as well as checking up on us in the apartment during our stay. The apartments are well laid out. There are no lifts in the apartment building so you need to be comfortable using stairs. The bed is super comfy. The room has underfloor heating and was really cosy, even during days when it was freezing outside. The kitchen was functional and we cooked several meals during our stay. An in room washer/dryer made keeping our laundry up to date easy. It was extremely quiet at night so sleeping wasn't an issue. WIFI was free and fast. There are numerous tram stops within a couple of minutes walk. A well stocked supermarket about 100 meters away. Vondel Park is an easy 10 minute walk. In summary a real gem in this beautiful city.
