Great stay.

Check in with Madi was an absolute breeze We were early arriving and she checked us in then called us when room ready On arriving we were so lucky to be given upgrade to ocean view on 14th floor The little personal extras ie bottled water coffee pods biscuits toiletries drink voucher etc were so appreciated and just added a special welcoming touch Thank you Avani for lovely stay We wish it was longer than 2 nights but will certainly recommend and will be back A very special thank you to Madi for her professional friendly and accomodating check in

After staying at the Wave in July for a conference, I just had to come back and enjoy the hotel this time as a holiday. This place is amazing!!! Rooms are generous, all you possibly need, and the pools are to die for!! This will definitely be our yearly break and simply would not look at staying anywhere else.

A friend and I stayed here for 5 nights while on holiday in the Gold Coast and found it to be great accommodation - right opposite public transport station and Pacific Fair. Staff were super helpful and everything was made so easy. Room was well equipped with everything we needed, and the public areas (gym, pool, spa etc.) were all lovely. Thanks Bel Air for a great stay.

We like to go to Broadbeach once a year for a break away. We love the South Pacific Plaza because it is close to everything that's going on, and have stayed many times! Shopping Centre, Train, Cafes & Bars, Supermarket and of course the beach are all close by. The apartment we got this time was a bit tired, however clean and comfy. We had a couple of issues with the TV and they were fixed in a timely manner. They do charge pretty high fees for wifi which surprised us in this day and age-easier to use your own data. We love hanging around the pool area - a nice space with plenty of loungers and tables. Overall, for the price, we would go back!
