The room was small but well furnished and spotlessly clean. A great breakfast was supplied free of charge, along with extensive minibar supplies (no more expensive than usual) in the room. A complementary jar of sweets was a nice touch. The location was central and close to the train station, which is the reason I chose to stay. Staff were lovely and helpful despite the difficult circumstances of being in partial lockdown. I expected good standards from a place descibed as 'luxury boutique hotel' and was not disappointed. A communication breakdown meant I did not receive instructions on vehicle access to the property. This was a problem as many of the surrounding streets were closed due to Covid-19 restrictions - not the fault of the hotel or the staff. I received the request for a review ok.

Stayed two days. Good location in city. Room was large but getting a little tired and was not clean
