Communication was great. We were wowed by the spaces. Beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. We loved our time here and will definitely book when we’re back in Hamilton.

This property was clean and good for a family. The only thing was that there was no reception on hand. We had run out of toilet paper, there were no rubbish liner and dishwasher tablets. On a busy road but quiet enough at night. Beds were comfortable.

We wanted camping experience but not in a tent. This cabin was perfect! Closing doors and windows, simple bunk beds, shower, toilet, sink and so clean! The community kitchen was really convenient with fridge to keep our food and dishes and cook Ware for the 2 stoves let us make home cooked meals and share stories with the other cabin renters. The playground for the kids was 2minute walk away, lake was 4minute walk and we could see it from our cabin window. The cafe on site was wonderful! They had amazing food that we indulged in for a chocolate Belgian waffle breakfast, what a treat! The staff was kind, we would definitely go back again. I only wish the lake had easy access to walk in and swim- it was set up for boats with the launch and docks, no beach, no kid area.

Wonderful unit, clean and inviting. Spacious even with 2 beds, dining suite and kitchen. Bathroom large with a jet tub and a stand alone shower. Have mentioned that the bathroom area is quite slippery even with fan on. Tile chosen too glossy for a wet area. Grab rails by tub would be great.Carpet is possibly due for a deep clean. I will return to this motel as it has everything I need. Even though it is on a busy street it's very quiet. Staff extremely helpful, friendly and polite.

A great spot right in the middle of Hamilton. A short walk or bus ride away from Hamilton Gardens and Hamilton lake. Approx, a 15 min walk to FMG Stadium for anyone who is going to catch a rugby game and an even shorter walk to Seddon park for anyone who likes to watch cricket. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby too.
