Neuilly-en-Vexin houses

The language barrier does not help navigating the hire of a property of this size fitting this number of people. It was ok but the steep rickety stone spiral staircases are not ideal, nor is the location of the kitchen & dining being so far from each other, this arrangement did not work well for our group. The first floor toilet became unusable due to the flushing mechanism requiring repair. The hot water was intermittent & not sufficient for the number of people staying. The hosts were flexible and separated beds as we were groups of mothers & daughters, not parents & kids, but beware, any changes such as these will illicit additional fees. The heat was awful, some modernisation such as heat pumps for cooling would be recommended & ceiling fans would also help. Overall an ok stay.
