Te Kao houses

We had a great stay, plenty of beds and room for our group of 13 to spread out. Kitchen fully equipped and nice to have 3 separate bathrooms for our 3 families. Kids loved having the kitten and chickens to play with. It was the perfect base for us to explore the far north and experience a different beach or attraction each day. Would definitely recommend.

Polly gave us a lovely warm welcome. The accommodation was spacious and with everything you could wish for for a mini getaway. Our first night we came home to a toastie home with the woodburner having been lit. Hosts Polly and Geoff had the perfect balance with privacy and presence. Was a typical kiwi Bach, had everything we needed. Awesome location to be based from for the week. We were fishing everyday, having the small boat ramp on the section made launching easy. Plus everything needed for filleting and washing down of the boat and gear. Will be back for sure!
