Pepin Island houses

The house is lovely and luxurious - matches or exceeds expectations from the photos. Given how expensive pretty mediocre houses in Nelson can be, we felt it good value for money.Great outdoor area at the back for hanging outside on a hot day. 5 minute drive to centre of Nelson town, Woolworths supermarket dead close. We found it an ideal base for exploring Nelson and surrounds.If you don't have a car then you'll need to cycle, bus or cab it as it's probably just a little too far to walk into town every time you need to, but there is a little supermarket and a decent fish and chip shop on the crescent itself.

Property is perfect for a base for your Nelson adventures, everything you need, amazing views and a host with spot on local knowledge. Fantastic

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves as it was the perfect spot to relax with the kids (2 and 4), who adored playing outside - jumping on the trampoline, playing in the sandpit, and in the playhouse etc. After breakfast they literally bolted for the door. With the living space upstairs and bedrooms downstairs, this also made helped with making it a relaxing stay. Close to Nelson, we could easily get any where, and return to our quiet spot. Our 2-year old still has an afternoon sleep so this was a perfect for us, and there was plenty to do for our 4-year old. Having a glass of wine at the end of the day under the sun shade in the BBQ area was lovely, this area overlooks a lovely established garden.

As usual Paul’s place was perfect for our weekend. The location was perfect , the amenities suited our needs, view was spectacular. Thanks again.

Good size living and entertainment area, bedrooms were smaller sized. We made it work. Relaxed area and close to everything we needed. Would love to rent again. Downside was the issue with plumbing with having the amount of people we did and only one bathroom available but it worked. Thank you again. How lucky are you to live in such a beautiful part of NZ.
