Good neighborhood, close to the CBD. Handy enough for our business.. No hotel staff are onsite, but check in and check out was handled well. We did have a maintenence issue that was a little frustrating with a blocked sink. My trip was a week and I much prefer an apartment like this to a hotel room, more space, full laundry and kitchen and a really good work space, and this was ideal. Unfortunately it's a little close to the railway and I'm a light sleeper so that was a bit of a problem but overall this was a great place to stay.
