Everyone at The Butler was super lovely and very communicative. Everything was super clean when we arrived, it was well kept and it felt like home. Would love to come back again next time!

A beautiful spot, right opposite the lake. Stunning views and so convenient to walk into town to restaurants and activities. Very comfortable accommodation with everything we needed.

We fall in love with this place as soon as we stepped in! Three very spacious on-suite rooms with amazing views of Lake Wakatipu, feels like three five star hotel rooms all in one house. Neighbours are very quite and friendly. It is also pretty close to the town center, there is a bus stop just outside, very convenient if you need to take bus. It's got a footpath thats leads directly to the lake. The only imperfect things would be slightly shortage of the comsumables as our stay was quite a few days. However, this was sorted after we got in touch with the holiday team through email (somehow the phone didn't get through.) Maybe check the air conditioner upstairs to fix the smell. Maybe more thoughtful in the items provided, such as tissue box, mutipurpose pray, etc. would make the stay feels more like home. Overall, highly recommend, would definitely choose to stay again.
