Namboutini beach rentals

This was a kiwi family reunion, 10 adults, a baby and a 3 year old. The place is well set up to accomodate this size group. We never felt squashed, so much space to spread out. The pool is super, the building a great design. A full kitchen. We self catered, but had a few of their meals as well. Delicious The staff were amazing. We will be back.

We had a great stay Mere and Wyce were excellent, the masseuse (2) were amazing and highly recommended. The bathrooms are in a wee need of repair and from the pictures you do not get the whole house. The upstairs part in the middle is not in the rental, however with 6 adults and an infant we had amble room. It is not well signposted when you are travelling to the destination so get clear details before you go. Essentially it is opposite Craig's Dinner which is also very good. We had 3 of the banquet dinners over our 5 nights and well worth it. All in all great spot and place but definitely at the upper end of price range, still better than a resort. Very peaceful. Stunning view. A place for those who want independence from resorts. Kerry and mark were very helpful and in easy contact. Housekeeper there every day too.

First of all the property is absolutely beautiful, the staff are exceptional! And annemarie/ryan (owners) went above and beyond for us. No words can express our gratitude, one thousand percent recommend.

Contact with Dinesh (the owner) was flawless. Any question I had, he was able to answer. He arranged pick up and transfer from airport to villa. First, the good. This house is an architecturally built masterpiece. The attention to detail that went into this villa was wonderful. It will sleep 8, but it best for 5 to 6. The pool is good sized and has a hot tub, but sadly was not working. Water toys are 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. The ocean is basically right there and the views are breathtaking. Sarifa, who is the manager/Chef and all around go-to-girl is an absolute gem. She called the businesses and arranged horse-riding and massages for the 5 of us. There is The Pink Spa just right down the road (walking distance) and we Highly recommend them. Supermarket, gas station and some eateries within walking distance. Now the Bad. The house needs a real DEEP clean. Lights didn't work,hot tub has been down since last year, only 1 tv worked (2 new ones being installed) our toilet was out the whole time but we were compensated. All in all, we would go back. The new owner purchased only 9 months ago and still bringing it up to standards. We had a GREAT time at a villa that had everything we wanted.
