This is a lovely, almost rural, property in Havelock North where we stayed for the Mission Concert. Karen was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed - and our only regret is that we couldn't have stayed a little longer! Great outdoor spaces too and we especially enjoyed a casual lunch on the deck before the concert. Highly recommend this spot!

At first I thought we might be a bit too far away, but not really. 20 mins to Napier, with Hastings and Havelock closer. Great wineries just up the road at Haumoana. 6 Ladies up to see Robbie. Only one bathroom but did not cause any problems at all.

We had a lovely stay here for a week. The bach had everything we needed for our Hawkes Bay stay. Fantastic location with the beach just over the quiet road. Walking distance to cafes and only 20 mins from the bigger settlements. Our host welcomed us and answered any questions we had but then left us to our holiday which was nice to have the privacy. We would definitely stay again.

Thank you for sharing this stunning property . We have wanted to stay at First Light for a while and finally had the opportunity to book. The property doesnt fail to impress, the views are amazing and the bach is modern cozy and unique. The weather did fail us but we still really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.
