Peaceful and relaxed Great outdoor setting especially with the spa pool.

We enjoyed our time at this accommodation. The bed was very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. It's compact, but absolutely fine for a few days, especially if you are spending most of your time out and about enjoying the city. As the sleepout is attached to the main house, you can hear the kids running around and having fun from time to time but it didn't bother us.

Very nice house for our families to spend a weekend in Rotorua.

A comfortable stay with all the amenities needed. Beautiful interior and linen tones with plants and artwork making our stay very relaxing. Spacious living area and rooms for the 4 of us. Appreciate the surprise NZ sparkling wine for New Years, thank you!
