East Finchley lake rentals

Definitely do not recommend staying here. We had a large number of issues and Esther was very hard to contact and no effort was made to resolve the issues during our stay. We have tried to discuss our concerns with Esther separately and she has not replied to us, which is extremely disappointing. Our issues were as follows: - there was no key in the key safe when we checked in so we and stood on the doorstep ringing the bell, as instructed, for 15 minutes until we got in- Once we returned to the property that evening we had to try and set up one of the sofa beds, this really should have been done for us considering the booking was for 5 people.We tried multiple times to set up a sofa bed with the no success so one person had to sleep on the floor. - the advert claims the double bed in the sitting room is a king size which it is not.- our first morning there and all 5 guests had to have cold showers- Hot water issue remained a problem and only 1 person managed a "warm" shower during our entire stay. - We also found the dishwasher to be full of mouldy plates and cutlery which had clearly been in there a while, this is really not acceptable and should be part of pre-check in checks. - The kettle was not safe to use as water leaks from the bottom.- We also had no wifi
