We had the full family stay - one grandmother, three adult children, their spouses and kids ranging from 3-16. It was perfect! Lots to do, stunning surrounds, hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards - the games room was a hit! So peaceful. Thank you, it was just what we wanted!

A beautiful presented little cottage, tucked away in a peaceful setting.
We had such a lovely break away in a perfect location not too far away from the beautiful lakes and activities in Rotorua. The cottage had everything that we needed, was comfortable, clean, and had the added bonus of electric blankets for the cold wintery evenings. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location as we attended a wedding at Black Barn. Easy trip into town. Had everything we required. Clean and tidy with all amenities. Only suggestion is if you have small children it does have two sets of stairs within the home to be mindful of, deck has a gate which was perfect.
