We are from the San Diego California/ La Jolla/Del Mar area and are familiar with high end houses - the “Sunrise House/ Silangan Bilay” is world class and could be placed in any of the finest cities in the world and fit in. Combine that with the caretaker Laarni and the staff that she maintains to care for guests and you are guaranteed a magical and unforgettable experience. This property sits high above the historic river valley of Loboc and Loay on the island Bohol in the Philippines on a prominent ridge that captures the sunrise every morning in stunning splendor. Visible in the distance on the other side of the valley on a promontory are a Cross that is illuminated at night and a shrine to Our Lady of Guadalupe of Extramadura. Both appear to watch over the valley and the house.This house is a one of a kind custom built house in a one of a kind location with a one of a kind caretaker and staff.I cannot recommend Silangan Bilay/ Sunrise House more highly.
