Mile End mountain rentals

The rooms here are nice, spacious and with everything you need for a night or two. The real standout for us though was the customer service at front desk. Our follow-on tour was meant to collect us early in the morning from reception, but due to an administrative error we were left stranded. The staff on reception, Martin Wilson and Alison Baker, could not have been more helpful, making calls to the tour company, negotiating on our behalf and keeping us updated - including sourcing alternative transport for us to meet the tour further along the line. Also, on arrival we found we had no washing machine in our room, so we were given the key to another room to use the washer. Great stuff.
