Very welcoming. All amenities were good but iron didn’t fit the PowerPoint and no ironing board

House was very poorly presented. Insects around the front door from guttering full of weeds. All interior walls looked dirty, full of badly filled holes, weird unused hooks all over the walls, black hairs on most room floors. Cutlery in drawers dirty, 1 single fluorescent light bulb in most rooms. Laundry had no working lighting. No bedside lamps in any bedrooms. Beds were particularly unsupportive. Very oddly placed main tv (not in loungeroom), very glitchy to watch and extremely poor sound. 1 split system for heating and cooling of entire home. Old heater ceiling vents covered in packing tape. No backyard, garden well overgrown, cigarette butts in courtyard. All in all very poorly presented with no attempt to make the experience enjoyable. On the upside there is a great family park opposite the house, off street parking and the kitchen is very good.
