All bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort, with individual temperature control, louvered electric blinds and wall mounted HD-TV's with Netflix.
The master bedroom has a king bed, mood lighting and an ensuite bathroom. The second king-sized bedroom comes with a study desk which is ideal for checking those work emails. The third bedroom features a queen bed.
Both bathrooms are elegantly designed with large mirrors and plenty of storage space.
Additional features include a laundry room with dryer, and there is a 3rd toilet downstairs near the undercover garage. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note The home does have 2 flights of stairs with the bedrooms and main bathroom and ensuite being on the second floor. The top floor is perfect for enjoying drinks and nibbles while watching the sun set, covered by a patio roof.
There is a BBQ on the ground floor as well as a lounge for relaxing while you enjoy the small outdoor courtyard.
The garage entrance is 2210mm in height and 2330mm in width that will host a Landcruiser snugly and most SUV's.
Unfortunately the bedroom windows are unable to be opened due to the Electric Roller Shutters, but the Air-conditioning is amazing keeping you all comfy.

The premises were underwhelming. It was neat enough and clean enough, but the little things that make it welcoming were missing. For example, an information booklet on how to use appliances would be helpful. A welcome printout on the area would be appreciated. The kitchen could have been better presented, the fridge could have been cleaner, the crumbs in the toaster could have been emptied. There certainly were enough dishes, glassware and cutlery but no placemats, paper serviettes, or cotton tea towels, the kitchen garbage bin was broken on one side, the kitchen clock was permanently on 9.30 - a battery would fix that.The main bedroom had no aircon as the remote was not working - again batteries would fix this. No TV in the main bedroom as (again) no working batteries in the remote. The toilet brushes in both bathrooms were disgraceful. The shower leaked in the share bathroom.The beds were comfortable, the location was handy as long as you have a car.For a family it is certainly comfortable, but the small details make it a special experience.

We were very saddened and disappointed to read your review.
3 of the issues could of been remedied immediately had you just sent a text message or made a phonecall. There were batteries readily available in the cupboard which had they been replaced could of fixed the TV'S , clock and air conditioning.
We believe our guest guide is very thorough and it includes all the information necessary to operate each appliance, including photos etc . This was sent to you as a link for you to peruse as needed.
However to improve we have now printed one off and will display it in a folder for those who prefer a 'book' as opposed to online information.
We were unaware of the shower leak so have called a plumber to remedy that immediately.
Toilet brushes have also been replaced .
Once again we are sorry you were underwhelmed by your stay
