Our property offers contemporary living on 2 level. The ground floor consists of open plan kitchen, living and dining, which opens up to an outdoor courtyard with bbq facilities. Extra storage, the laundry and toilet are accessed from the living space. To the rear of the property is a second courtyard, 2 car side by side secure garage, plus a clothes line. On the first level guests will find 3 bedrooms (2 king, plus 1 queen size bed: bedding can be converted to twin rooms upon prior request.) The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, (with 2 wash basins, spa bath, w/c and separate shower). A private balcony with water views is accessed via the master suite. The second and third bedrooms are serviced by the second bathroom, which contains a large shower, wash basin and w/c. The kitchen features, oven, cooktop, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. The laundry features a washer/dryer. Please note detergents are provided. All bedding, towels and linen are provided. Guests are able to access the shared lap pool, gym, spa and sauna facilities. A second TV is located in the master bedroom. Wifi is provided free of charge. Heating and cooling is provided via the ducted reverse cycle airconditioning. A gas heater is also located in the living room.

Very comfortable accommodation not far from our event at West Lakes. Perfect base for friends sharing. The local Italian eatery was delicious, we dined there twice in our short stay.

We had a great time in Port Adelaide. The property was in a great spot, overlooking the river. We met the local dolphin, Rocket. The property was an easy walk over the bridge into the Port area with numerous pubs, restaurants and cafes to keep us busy. A short hop to Semaphore for beaches as well. Would recommend this property to everyone.
What a lovely apartment - so clean you could eat off the floor [not that you would but you could] - easy access, owners were lovely to deal with. Just a lovely place - wonderfully located - easy to get to local areas and beyond - and the views were sublime. Highly recommend.

We picked this location to be close to some family we were visiting. Turns out it is really handy to downtown as there is a train station very close. It is a spacious unit and we were comfortable and it is quiet. Also nice to have a garage to park the car. I would stay here again.

The property is modern, bright and beautifully equipped. It's in an interesting regen area with lovely views over the water - great for morning or evening runs. We loved the access to the gym and pool 5 minutes away.
Easy drive to just about anywhere you'd want to go in South Australia by car (huge garage). Train into the city is 5 miutes away.
And Peter was a lovely, helpful, responsive host.

2nd time staying at this property. Love it. Close to everything that is required. Simple check in with great comms (no key required - coded door lock). Less than 20 mins by train to the CBD if you have no car. Nearest station only a couple of hundred metres walk. Station (Ethelton) has just re-opened after an upgrade. Great view across the water. Plenty of room inside and super clean. I'm definitely hoping to return and would have zero hesitation staying here again. Simply brilliant. Thank you !!

We visited SA to attend a festival in Port Adelaide and rather than do the commute from a CBD hotel, opted to stay close to the area. A great decision. A short stroll into the heart of Port Adelaide (even the locals use the bridges to walk laps of the water for exercise), we loved every second of our stay. Very up-to-date accommodation with all the mod cons. We had no car and the short 15 minute walk to Port Adelaide Plaza to stock up on supplies wasn't a burden. What a bonus not having to carry a key around (keypad operated entrance). Also highly recommended if you wish to visit the coast of the Semaphore area. The festival we attended is an annual thing so I would have zero hesitation in staying again next year if we choose to attend. Thankyou !!

Perfect space and location for my family to stay and extended family to gather together from three states to celebrate Christmas.
