The property is wonderful, despite being a townhouse the house and used are a great size. I feel like the photos don’t do either justice. The property is nice and quiet and in such a good location to everything. David has been so easy to get in touch with and the complementary goodies were much appreciated! When we come back to Adelaide next time we ’ll definitely stay there again.
Thanks David for a lovely place to stay. We appreciate your flexibility with our timelines. Great place for our dog as well - small park out the front, then the big dog park next to Costco - had a coffee on the way.

Everything within the house was lovely, and exactly as advertised. A couple of niggles externally, with a somewhat temperamental garage door opener and a broken catch on the gate beside the carport but overall a really nice place in a very accessible location.
Fantastic townhouse and very dog friendly. Very comfortable and the property had everything one needs for a summer holiday. David is so welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here. We will definitely return. Thank you David!
David's place was the perfect location right in the middle of 4 lots of relatives who live here! The townhouse was clean and tidy and very well set up. Two storey three bedroom townhouse in a great location, close to shops, takeaways, etc. Pet friendly - large enclosed yard. Very good landlord - very responsive to questions/queries. Clean and well furnished, with everything you need for your stay. Only negative - no grass in the yard. If there was grass for the dog, the place would have been perfect.
The property was nice. We enjoyed the location to the shops, and only a 25-30 minute drive to beaches and other attractions. Our only complaint was that there weren’t any top sheets on the beds. That seemed a bit strange to us and after addressing it with the property manager, we were told that they don’t supply those. We made do with what they had though and the property itself was very roomy and had all the basic amenities. Overall, we would stay here again. Perhaps just bring our own sheets next time!

Bitter Sweet
The property itself has great potential. Needs a deep clean & continued maintenance to remain at the standard it's advertised at. After reading many previous reviews any negative grievances I have are long standing such as cleanliness, roller door not working & for some reason no top sheets on the bedding. After meeting the host whom was a very nice person I genuinely think he doesnt see any of this. We arrived just minutes after check in time, but earlier (3 - 4pm) than I mentioned in a message with the host after prompting him for our check in details. We found the property unlocked & clearly not ready.

Thank you for your feedback, though we respectfully disagree with several points raised in your review. We take great pride in maintaining our property to a high standard and regularly receive positive comments from guests about the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of the space.
In this instance, your early arrival—prior to the agreed check-in window—meant the property was not yet fully prepared. I was in the process of final touches, including cleaning and setting up welcome items, when you arrived unexpectedly. This undoubtedly affected your first impression, but it does not reflect our usual standard or guest experience.
Regarding your claims:
• Top sheets are always available in the walk-in robe and linen cupboards, as I explained during check-in.
• The flyscreen door had been removed due to repeated damage caused by pets—something we’ve experienced consistently with dog-owning guests. As a result of this and your feedback, we are now reconsidering our pet policy.
• The roller door has been scheduled for repair and is one of the few maintenance issues we’ve had, not a long-standing or ignored problem.
We also provided you with complimentary items including bottled water, coffee pods, biscuits, and chocolates—none of which are advertised but are offered as part of our commitment to guest comfort. Unfortunately, these gestures were not acknowledged in your review.
We also offered immediate solutions including relocation to another property and sending our cleaner back, which you declined. Throughout your stay, we found your approach confrontational and critical in a way that other guests have not expressed or experienced.
We appreciate constructive feedback when it’s fair and balanced. However, we feel this review omits key context and does not represent the experience most of our guests enjoy. We work hard to offer excellent value in a competitive market—our rates are very reasonable compared to similar properties in the area, especially during high-demand periods.
We encourage future guests to read through the many positive reviews we’ve received and to reach out with any questions. We remain committed to providing a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable stay for all respectful guests.
Property in good location near to shops, had everything to make it like home, cleanliness is very poor we had to clean the place before we could even un pack suitcases, the house was filthy it had used water bottles hair bands paper under beds the ceiling fans was full of dust that looked like it had been there for months, skirting boards also full of muck and dust that had been there for months, spoke to the manager who apologised for the concerns we had he stated that he usually checks after the cleaners have been in but due to back to back bookings he didn't have the chance, but the house was absolutely filthy and it hadn't happened over the space of a couple of bookings

David went out of his way to look after us and make our stay enjoyable, the property was excellent in a great location very clean & tidy with all you need to make our stay enjoyable.
We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, modern apartment. It was perfect for our family of four which includes two adult children. We appreciated the comfortable beds, the great lounge and dining areas as well as the really good size kitchen with all we needed. The air-conditioners in the bedrooms as well as the living area were great on the really hot days we had while in Adelaide. We will definitely stay again if we have the chance.
