This private and secluded, fully self contained open plan studio is nestled within a quiet and centrally located neighbourhood on the fringe of Adelaide CBD

Light and airy, the studio opens out into a small alfresco garden area with seating to relax.
Just minutes walk through the Parklands to the myriad of cafes, shops and restaurants on Hutt St and the city beyond.

Nearby highlights also include the surrounding parklands, Rundle St, Central Markets, Garden of Unearthly Delights and the many Fringe & Festival venues are all within a 30min walk or a 10min bike ride/drive.

Easily accessible via Public transport.

Only a 20min drive to the picturesque Adelaide Hills, Stirling & Hahndorf.
McLaren Vale and the southern beaches of the Fleurieu Peninsula, the Barossa and Clare Valleys, South Australia’s famous food & wine regions, are all accessible for day trips.

The studio provides all conveniences including fridge, microwave/convection oven, washing machine, reverse cycle air-conditioning, Bose hi-fi, TV & wifi, with off street parking.

On arrival a simple welcome package will be provided. Freshly baked bread. milk, orange juice, jam, yoghurt & muesli, plus a variety of teas and coffee, fresh and instant. Gluten free bread or alternative milks are available by request.

What a great little gem! Very comfortable stay with some beautiful personal touches from the owners. We spent a few days in this little home away from home and feel very rested. Very appreciative of the fresh bread and breakfast goods, we enjoyed having breakfast in the studio every morning.

A Delightful Retreat

Thank you Fiona for your review and I greatly appreciate your feedback via Satya.  I feel that it's often hard to book on behalf of a friend or colleague with expectations not always being met. Unfortunately, pictures vs reality can change over time with different bed linen and furniture etc.  Reviews are always the most reliable indicators. Happy to read that although Satya wasn't entirely pleased with the studio, he would still be happy to stay anytime in the future

We loved staying at 37A! The hosts were amazing and very accommodating to all or needs. The studio was clean, quiet and well provisioned for our stay. We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave! The location is fantastic for going into Adelaide and close to anything you could possibly need while you are there. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to be comfortable and have their own little oasis in the city.

Sandra's place is so wonderful and exquisitely decorated. Everything you might need she has thought of. The shower is amazing, the bed was super comfortable, the garden is beautiful and the breakfast pack was delicious. We particularly loved borrowing bikes which had locks and helmets ready to ride. Sandra was so easy to communicate with too, and we had complete privacy while we were there with our own entry, garden and space. Would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend to all.

A wonderful place to stay! Great communication with owner and very prompt! Attention to details, everything yu need for your stay! Including lovely fresh sourdough bread, fruit yoghurt, a huge assortment of teas and coffee and chocolates! Lovely art books and novels available. Comfy bed and good bathroom facilities. Complete Getaway - Hidden Gem

Really appreciative of Sandra and Ian for the accommodation and hospitality. It honestly exceeded my expectations on every level. Check-in was smooth, there was fresh baked bread and fruit, and Sandra contacted the day I was meant to check in to say everything was ready and I could check in much earlier, which was a HUGE help since I had luggage in tow. I cannot thank you two enough. Great location and really private. It felt like the escape it was meant to be. I am so grateful I came across this listing. THANK YOU!!!!!

Excellent location

The accommodation worked well for us. There was off street parking in a quiet street. The studio was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the provisions provided made breakfast enjoyable. The easy to follow directions for the washing machine allowed us to do washing and hang it on the clothes line provided. We found the Foodland supermarket at Frewville fabulous. We felt safe at all times in this lovely suburb of Adelaide.

Even better than a home away from home

Wish I could live here! Every luxury provided, down to home-cooked bread. Up to date selection of books I've always wanted to read, reading lights over the bed, comfy chairs, a private garden, car parking, walking distance to Jenny's Bakery and to the CBD, quirky decorations and quality provisions. I'll be back I hope.
