Situated only metre's from the sand dunes & the sea at beautiful Semaphore

Local transport is near by with the historic town of Semaphore just a few minutes away with many varied restaurants,cafes & boutique shops to suit all tastes...

This property would suit a family of 4 looking for a relaxing retreat with the beach,shops,playground nearby PLUS would also suit a romantic getaway for 2 people or 2 couples looking to have some quality time away from the hustle & bustle of your batteries here...

There is a double bed in one bedroom & 2 singles in the other which are bunk beds.

Everyone who stays here enjoys some relaxing R & R ...

There are approx 11 steps up to the property (as per pictures) from the car park
BUT you able to enter via the south door via 3 steps or via a ramp at the end of the units but can only park in the designated area

The room was clean and comfortable with the windows big enough to see the outside view / close to the beach area and the shopping centre was close to walking distance from the beach and the main road leading to the hotel and l recommend others to come and visit

Location fine but property very tired

Location was best feature of the property. Property very tired, many things not working, felt grubby and not well cleaned. Felt we had to clean crockery and cutlery before we used them. Feels like the place doesn't get a lot of attention.

Good for short stay

I needed accommodation for a short stay and this location was very good in respect to travelling to family. But it is on a busy corner and I could not open doors to allow air flow into the unit as it was vehicle traffic noise is high. The unit is comfortable, but you need to bring your own wifi. The dish cleaning clothes looked old and not clean but it was all that was available as there is no dishwasher. Whilst it is directly across the road from the beach and the living area is comfortable, I personally could not do a long stay at this location due to the noise and not being able to open windows. I would recommend to people on short business trips.

Apartment

There were 12 steep concrete steps to go up to enter the front of the Apartment and the kitchen, so access was not easy when carrying luggage or shopping. Inside the Apartment there was everything required for our stay. From the kitchen and the top step there were good views of the beach, sea and railway. From the lounge room, which had a side exit door to a walkway with steps, there was a good view of the Fort Glanville bush and the hills. There is no wifi at this property, so we used the free wifi at the local library on Semaphore Road. The property manager was helpful when we needed access to the apartment and information.

Underwhelmed by the cleanlines. Lack of beach view was disappointing. Windows dirty. Very basic comfort. Open milk left in fridge. No useable balcony

Fantastic Location!!

My husband and I had a great stay. Location was amazing just a few steps from the beach and lovely walk to the cafe and Jetty. We would happily stay again.

Great location

Fantastic location however the place needs a bit of maintenance. Is a great place to holiday with a small family reasonable on price. However we decided to cook a few times and found a lack of sharp knives and also couldn’t find a chopping board anywhere in the whole place. Otherwise excellent

Can’t Beat This Location

This 2 bedroom flat cannot be closer to Semaphore Beach - it’s literally just across the road! The beach is beautifully accessible for walks, swimming, and enjoying the ocean. You can even enjoy a mini train chuff past filled with passengers. The locals were lovely and friendly.The flat does need a bit of attention for things like holes in fly screens, difficulty locking and unlocking the front doors, and loose sections of one of the sliding doors. The bedrooms lacked ventilation which we solved by tuning on the air conditioning unit. The flat is attached meaning you can hear the neighbours in the other units very easily, especially at night.The owner was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the ocean views and it is a beautiful location to watch the sun set over the water. Off street parking was great to have. It’s just a 15 minute stroll down to the summer carnival at the jetty and the Semaphore shopping precinct.

Amazing Australia

Property is in a beautiful location, if not to near amenities. Nearest shops a good 20 minute walk. Also having no wifi was a problem for us.. .Saying that the apartment is well a pointed.

Property had everything we need but the condition of the property and appliances had aged since the photos were taken. The bed sqeaked and the doors were difficult to lock. Location was good but noisy at times.

Lovely Location

The location of this apartment is great. Seaview's from the front door and close to the quaint seaside town of Semaphore, plus it is easy to catch the train into the city. The bedrooms were fresh and clean, however the kitchen and bathroom need a really good spring clean and sort out. The property manager was easy to get hold of and helpful. Even though the neighbours are close they were all quiet and friendly, if we ran into them.

Myself and my family had a quick 2 night stay visiting family in Adelaide the place was ideal for me myself and my 2 children the location was amazing beach veiw and very close to the shops would highly recommend.
