Modern bathroom with large shower, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Under cover car parking for 1 car, main bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom a double bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full size fridge, Nespresso Coffee machine. Lounge area with Google TV and a sound bar to connect to your favourite music app, free wifi. The balcony has an outdoor dining setting for 4 people with a pull down blind. There is an indoor dining setting also for 4 people. The beach entrance is a 25 metre stroll with no road in front. Games and a paddle board with life jackets available for use. Cot and high chair available on request. Pt Malcolm reserve is a short walk and has tennis courts, basketball court, playground, undercover seating, BBQ's and a large oval.

We booked here to have a relaxing Easter Holiday and we love staying at places with ocean views, and this place did not disappoint! Beautiful clean apartment with the best view, we enjoyed watching a seal travel past every morning. We loved how close it was to the beach and a short walk to a playground, where we took our three year old.Sonya is a fantastic host, very prompt with all communications, thank you Sonya! Hopefully we will be back again.
We wanted to be close to the sea and this provided that with all the domestic amenities we could possibly think of . Such a lovely apartment and so well kitted out . We will be back as soon as we can and are already recommending to family and friends
The property was recently renovated, very clean and well equipped with thoughtful inclusions. Air cond worked well and communication with the property manager was excellent. Great location by the beach.

fabulous view, everything you need and clean, clean, clean. We loved watching the ocean from the apartment, and walking on it several times a day. Sunsets were a treat. Lovely option.
As soon as you walk into the front door you are greeted with the most amazing view. We used this as a getting ready venue for the groom and the groomsmen for our wedding and it was perfect. Being right on the beach we got the most amazing photos.
The unit was clean and tidy, location was brilliant and the beds extremely comfortable. I would not hesitate recommending this property to anyone. Thanks for the great stay!

When we walked into this property, we just breathed out. It was stunningly clean and extremely well appointed. We loved the position at the beach and the views. Everything about this property exceeds expectations and we would recommend it highly.

Hi, I am a proud born and bred South Aussie who loves the beach and to travel. I was a Travel Agent for over 20 years, travelling to a new destination a couple of times a year. My husbands business took me away from travel and these apartments came about as I missed travel so much and meeting new people. We have 3 apartments in the same complex called Sandy Feet1, 2 and 3 all very modern as we do love a renovation and do most of the work ourselves.
Why they chose this property
From the moment you walk in there is a sense of quiet, calm and relaxation, with ocean views from the kitchen, lounge and main bedroom of the gorgeous Semaphore Park beach. We are right on the perimeter there is no road in between and access to the beach is about 10 metres from the frontage. The apartment is modern and we try to think of everything. I used my travel skills to try and overly satisfy any guest. We provide beach towels, a blow up paddle board, 2 life jackets, we have indoor and outdoor games on site for use.
What makes this property unique
Modern bathroom and kitchen with up to date furnishings, block out curtains and day / night blinds. No external road noise, you go to sleep to the sound of the waves. In a quiet complex and the 2 bedroom apartment is up 2 small flights of stairs with a landing in between. The Balcony is a great place to sit and read, eat your meals or watch the ocean with uninterrupted views. Depending on the time of year you may even see a dolphin pod. Every sunset is different and amazing in its own way. Do as much or as little as you like. hang at the beach or do lots of different activities all in close proximity. West Lakes Shopping Centre is a 5 minute drive with 260 stores or a 15 minute drive away is Harbour Town for all your outlet shopping. Point Malcolm Reserve is a 5 minute walk along the Coastal path and offers free tennis courts, a basketball court, 2 playground areas and free BBQs for use. Semaphore Surf club offers meals on Thursday and Friday nights and is a great spot to watch the setting sun from their balcony. The coastal path is on your door step to walk all the way to North Haven in one direction and all the way to Grange in the other direction. Visit the break water and when the tide is out see the resident seals that live here, about a 15 minute stroll. Grange Golf club is a 10 minute drive away for those Golf fans. There is so much at your finger tips to enjoy and explore along our Western Beaches. So much of what we have to offer is in walking distance. Public transport is also close if you need it to head into the city or down to Semaphore Road to wander the Semaphore strip that offers a vast array of shops and dining.
