Fordlands mountain rentals

House was clean and nicely set up, beds very comfortable, functional kitchen and access to property and bathroom great for accessibility via wheelchair access if required. The property was central and easy to access. Only downside for location is being on a busy main road with loads of heavy trucks passing but adjusted to traffic noise after the first night. Very generous with bedding linen, towels etc, made the stay effortless and like being at home, would recommend this place to families and would use again in the future too. Thank you Michelle for great communication before our stay also.

Clean and comfortable, with lots of bedrooms, garage space, off-street parking, hot tub, nice shower. Kitchen was small though, with bare minimum of cups, pots, pantry items, and the gas stove-top didn't work well.

We stayed as two families with two large, furry dogs over a rainy weekend and absolutely loved it. The accommodation was well appointed for two families, with everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The kids had a fantastic time in the games room every night, completely unplugged from their devices. The property was secure, spacious, and very easy to manage with the dogs, thanks to a huge private backyard. Overall, a perfect spot for families and pets alike — highly recommended!

Clean, quiet, well equipped house, plus a spa pool. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome base to head out to do all the things Rotorua has to offer, Heated pool was great to keep the kids entertained (quite deep - so recommend life jacket or float armbands for the littles or not so good swimmers) lovely home in a nice quiet area

Enjoyed our stay. The house was suitable, very spacious and situated down a quiet street. Central location and in close proximity to Kmart and fast food outlets if you get peckish. Did not have TV or microwave but we managed. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
