The place was fabulous. Modern, yet homely and felt like a lot of car was taken to make guests feel at home. Great amenities and modern fixtures. Loved that we could each have our own bathroom. We loved staying here, the host was available and friendly.

We loved how it was near both the hot springs and the beach. The fireplace kept us warm and made the night feel extra cosy.

We stayed at Te Muri Ridge Retreat as our son's wedding was at the quaint Mahurangi West Hall. We were absolutely impressed by the beauty, comfort and attention to detail of Te Muti. What a fabulous weekend. Amazing spot, everyone is so friendly and love the cottage. Just what we expected. Would definently come back and stay again!!! Had issues with our pickup and owners of the cottage kindly drove us to the wedding event up the road. Thank you for an amazing weekend!!!

Absolutely blown away with cottage. The space makes you feel like you’ve arrived in the woods. Very clean , nice linen, good kitchen equipment and the shower was a dream after our long drive . Loved seeing the deer. Jennifer was very welcoming and we appreciated the walk through at arrival, wonderful hostess 💓 We’ll return again!
