Regal Oaks pet-friendly rentals

Arrived early and paid extra for an early check in. Got to the room they allocated us and it was in disarray. Cupboards and drawers open, couch turned upside down, stuff on the floor, I made beds. We went back to reception and we were moved to a new room. We had taken a red eye, and just needed to sleep more. During our time resting in the room as we arrived at 8.30am, there were maintenance people who had come and painted the patio, without our knowledge. We were then unable to use the patio area or spa for the duration of our stay. When I complained and asked for compensation, to two different staff members, no one had the authority to give me any money back, I asked them to get hold of the manager, but they both refused to call her. I have tried to since get in touch with no remedy as yet, and no one has bothered to follow up. Very disappointed with the experience.
