Good access to the park and cafes/restaurants. A short walk to the waterfront. Great communication and had everything we needed.

Although we were younger than what most people would accept in a BnB the owner was so respectful and reasonable. Everything was perfect! Would definitely recommend.

What a great place to stay! This stay felt easy & fun. It’s well equipped, comfortable, clean & the location is the icing on the cake. We would definitely stay here again & have already recommended this place to others.

Friendly and attentive staff greeted us. The room was wonderful, I was especially impressed by the mini-kitchen with 2 burner stovetop and fully equipped for light cooking. Everything is in top condition. We enjoyed complimentary Netflix being provided. Good bus connection from downtown and easy walk to Parnell restaurants. We were just here overnight before taking the Northern Explorer but would definitely stay here again for a longer visit.

We loved this apartment and appreciated the parking (although they aren't kidding, it is a tight spot for a small car!). We walked to everything from here! Wish they had given more info. on the building - seems historic / restored but that's just a guess. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely property and good for dog owners as it’s very secure. But when we booked it was showing as walking distance to the Auckland CBD when in fact it is a 30 minute drive away. The building also whistled loudly in the wind unless a window was open
