Stuyvesant Town rentals with pool

The location was the only positive about this property. Everything else was an absolute disaster. The check-in process was a nightmare. The instructions were unclear, and the host was completely unresponsive when we reached out for help. We ended up wasting over two hours just trying to get into the property, which set the tone for the rest of the stay.Once inside, things went downhill fast. The bathroom smelled terrible, which made it unpleasant to use, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable—nobody got a good night’s sleep. On top of that, the place was crawling with bugs, and it was unbearably hot. While there were ceiling fans, they barely made a dent in cooling down the space, leaving us sweating and miserable.The host’s lack of communication, combined with the poor condition of the property, made this stay one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.
