Having stayed at this amazing villa we opted to treat our daughter and family for her Graduation. It was conveniently close to all the downtown activities and made for a wonderful backdrop for family portraits we organised with a professional photographer. With little ones in tow the well resourced kitchen and cosy dinette was well used. Lisa had left lots of stores and her communication in identifying any extra needs for this special occasion was superb. Recommend this classy accommodation for anyone wanting to treat themselves in beautiful Dunedin. even better than anticipated, a beautifully restored original , not prissy' authentic ,oozing character, wished I had the gear to repair leak in rowboat, and wonderful coalrange definitely needs good dry kindling and coal supply, otherwise all one could want!

Ngaire was incredibly accomodating with our one week stay. She provided absolutley everything we needed to feed, bath and entertain a toddler. When we arrived my boy was straight into the toys laid out for him. The farm tour was a higlight for him with goats, chicken and deer.The place was beautiful and peaceful a welcome retreat from our busy days. The sunrise and sunsets were stunning. Great location to access Dunedin city and mosgiel. Kitchenette with microwave,jug and bbq. Other cooking items such as cooking pans and pots on request. This is an awesome place to stay. And I didn’t even get the strap from the headmaster 😊

We were out and about every day and needed a quiet restful comfortable base at the end of each busy day. This was ideal. Having a cleaner come in at the end of the stay assisted us to catch our flights without rushing around. For us it was handy to CBD and St. Clair.

Warm clean and handy. Great place for a family who needs a base to stay while in Dunedin. Our 3yr old loved the top bunk.
