Immaculate, clean and very warm accommodation for a great stay in central Rotorua.

Clean and comfortable, with lots of bedrooms, garage space, off-street parking, hot tub, nice shower. Kitchen was small though, with bare minimum of cups, pots, pantry items, and the gas stove-top didn't work well.

A comfortable holiday home in a beautiful garden setting. Quiet friendly neighborhood close to town and tourist attractions. Will definitely look at coming back in the future.

This place exceedex our expectations. It is very well appointed in a quiet rural location with a supermarket just 5mins away. We enjoyed the relaxing environment with nest decking and alot od indoor/outdoor flow. Beds were comfortable and the kids liked the bunks. Thank you Harmen & Barbara.

We are a group of four friends who came to Rotorua for the long weekend - this property definitely did not disappoint. The location is great, really close to some main Rotorua attractions (zorbing and the luge), but also really close to some wonderful cafes. We made full use of the beautiful beachfront, amazing spa, kayaks, and BBQ. Glendyr and Mike were wonderful, friendly and accomodating hosts. They gave us our privacy but were also willing to help us with anything should we have needed it. Barney the dog and Flossie and Mia the cats were also an added bonus. All in all a wonderful stay, would definitely come back!

This is the 2nd time we came back and it never fails us. Not far from town centre, it is so spacious, has everything you need. Great for kids to! We absolutely enjoyed it...
