Staff member was abused 2 nights in a row by a guest seeking upgrades and refunds. There was nothing wrong with the hotel its a standard Quest. For the price you cant expect luxury or anything high end. Its for for purpose.
The staff member showed incredible professionalism and still smiled and welcomed me while holding back tears. The teo staff the next day were friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here a
again.
