The property is so conveniently located. It takes a short drive to Mt Maunganui vibrant cafes and restaurants. Also it is just a street away for the lovely beach but we come in autumn month so not much to comment about the beach. Overall it is a perfect place for someone who wants to bring a family or friends over for the weekend or even longer stay.

Stayed 3 nights in Mauoa villa. Beautifully equipped holiday home. Extremely clean and well thought out. Comfy bedding. Great location on waterfront where you can sit on the balcony and have a drink enjoying the view. We really enjoyed our stay. Fish and chips at neighbouring cafe were great too. Good communicaton. All round top notch stay! Impressed.

Great set up and location

Had a fabulous stay. Nice and private, supermarkets are really close and the beach is right across the road to enjoy a spot of fishing and/or a romantic fire at night. The beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The hosts communicated really well, with the added bonus of letting us in early so we could store our food in the fridge. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Beautiful studio that sits with inlet beach at the end of the backyard and sea beach just over the road. Loved my stay and my hosts. Wish I could have stayed for a week. Birds, beach walks and peace.
