Well located charming property with a very welcoming host. Clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.

I told the host on leaving that "I am a Christian and I am going to heaven" (when I die). I said, "if you want to know what heaven is like, this is it."That is the ultimate 10 out of 10 for me.

Had a wonderful week at bach 116 with my 2 year old (and some quick visits by his dad and grandparents). Section is fully fenced and so spacious, perfect for kids. Great slope for rolling toy trucks down . The deck area is also fenced if you want to keep wee one contained to smaller area. Views of paddocks from one side and ocean from the other. So good! All of the amenities you could possibly need and so many extra additions/touches you wouldn’t have thought of but made so much difference. Nice quick walk to beach and also easy walk to main strip of shops, cafes and restaurants. The hosts had left us some orange juice and a little bottle of milk in fridge as well as coffee for the filter machine. They’d also left us a bag of chips, reduced cream and onion soup powder for dip! Loads of thought and care has gone into making this a special and comfortable place. The hosts communicated brilliantly and even offered to let us stay later than check out as there was a weather warning in place for the day we were leaving. The bed in front room was SO comfy and with the sound of the ocean in the distance, I slept better than I have in a long time! We definitely hope to visit again.

The property has a gorgeous view! It was quiet and stayed cool during the warm days. There are great wooded walking paths on the extensive property, offering opportunity to encounter quail as well as a surprise sighting of a pair of rosella. The property manager was very good, sending a welcome email when we arrived for our stay.

The accommodation was superb. Our rooms were impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities. Particularly appreciated the tranquil setting and the stunning views from the property. It provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. I will certainly be recommending to friends and family looking for a wonderful getaway. I look forward to the opportunity to return in the future and enjoy another remarkable stay at your property. Our stay was excellent. The location was a minute's walk to shops and cafes and a 4-minute walk to the most amazing beach. Sue and Tom were very friendly hosts. The accommodation was superb and much larger than it looks in the photos. It was spotless inside and out. The inside is beautifully decorated and the outdoor living was really well set up. Everything you could think of was provided. Waihi Beach is so close to Waihi Township, Bowentown (we biked the track to there and back), Athenree and Katikati. We will definitely stay here again.
