Solln holiday homes

We stayed here for a week in high Summer, when aircon was a definite advantage! Our bright sunny room, with a kitchenette, had everything we needed, plus good storage space for putting bags away. Bathroom wasn't huge, but the shower was spacious and had good pressure, plus the whole place was very clean. The hanging chair is a nice touch, and the mural on the bathroom wall is a bit different! The staff were really great, friendly and welcoming, and super helpful if we had any problems or questions. We also enjoyed being able to use the coffee machine in the bar / reception area each evening. Location is 5 mins walk to a train station which takes you into the city in 15 mins, and 5 mins walk to a supermarket. There are a few takeaway options more like 10 mins away. Parking under the hotel is quite tight, but okay, and the hotel is right next to a cycleway. Had a few issues with the laundry app needed to use the washing machine, but here again, the staff were really helpful and sorted it out for me. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would absolutely recommend it - there was always a friendly, positive vibe to the place, and the cheery greeting when we arrived back each day really made a difference!
