Andreas our host was an excellent communicator and made sure we had everything we needed and gave us pointers on things to do while in Munich. Accommodations were exactly as advertised. Very pleasant stay!!

Cozy Inviting Bungalow

Located in a family friendly neighborhood, we had 4 adults stay comfortably. A five minute walk from bus stop. Andreas was a very welcoming and helpful host. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great stay and our Host was the best. He gave us insights into the neighborhood. Great Restaurants and shopping all were walkable. The cottage was charming. Updated kitchen and bath. There was parking close by.

We had a great stay! We were here for 6 nights over Christmas and this place was perfect for our needs. Andreas was great as a host and proactively communicated about check-in, etc (he also helped us learn how to say Merry Christmas in German!). It’s in a quiet neighborhood but still easy access to lots of conveniences - there was plenty of nearby free parking (half a block away), the U Bahn station was a quick 20 min walk (I think there were bus stops closer but it was so easy to walk to the U Bahn for a straight shot to all the sites we wanted to see - including Marienplatz and Olympic Park/BMW museum - all were within the central M zone and on the same U Bahn line). There’s also a Lidl grocery store a 15 min walk (or short drive) away. The house was comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

This holiday flat is behind the owners home in a quiet neighborhood.The flat had everything we needed to make our own food as well as nearby restaurants to visit.We stayed for Oktoberfest and the distance to groceries is a short walk. There are two trainlines that are about a 20 min walk each. Ubers had no problem coming, but XLs would not show up for some reason.The stay was great and had no issues coming and going.

Amazing Place to Stay!

Would HIGHLY recommend this place! A beautiful guest house behind the owners house. Parking is on the street - which for us (coming from Florida) was a little different. The place I thought was pretty large - much bigger than the pictures showed in the listing. The bed was very comfortable. You can tell they put in the time to think of what people would need while on vacation. Local places to eat as well. We we were there for the Christmas markets so took the public transportation a lot. The public transportation was great and pretty close to the place. Owners were amazing. We ended up needing an extra night due to the snow storm and being unable to leave. We were able to arrange with them to stay one more night. Thank goodness! They are quick to respond to any questions. Internet speeds were quick (I had to work and we streamed shows).

Die Ferienwohnung liegt idyllisch und ruhig im Garten und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war alles prima. Schade ist ein bisschen, dass klassisch bayerische Biergärten fußläufig nicht erreichbar sind. :-)

Die Unterkunft war sehr angenehm, sehr gut eingerichtet, in ruhiger Lage und trotzdem mit guter Verbindung zum Zentrum. Die Vermieter waren sehr entgegenkommend und sehr freundlich.Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mager ( kleiner Netto ) aber zu Fuß gut machbar.

Das charmante Ferienhaus war komfortabel, einigermaßen sauber, gut ausgestattet und lag in einer ruhigen Gegend, nur 25 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von der Münchner Innenstadt entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei. Kurz gesagt, wir waren sehr zufrieden.
