The Space:

The former commercial unit is located on the mezzanine floor of a listed villa in a quiet side street of Romanplatz. The office unit was converted and renovated into a 2-bedroom apartment. On approx. 55 m² it offers space for up to 8 persons. The spacious eat-in kitchen offers a large dining table, comfortable sofa elements that can be converted into single beds and a flat screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function. The integrated kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, double induction hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet and hairdryer. Discover Munich like a local and benefit from the quiet location of the apartment and the good connection to the city center.

The Neighborhood:

The famous Nymphenburg Palace characterizes the area of the same named district to the west of the city center. The comparatively quiet district is valued by locals and guests alike for its parks and green spaces and offers a high recreational value.



Getting Around:

The street railway stop Romanplatz is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. From there you can take the street railway lines 16 and 17 directly to the city center in only 13 minutes.
