New apartment completed in November 2014 with modern, luxurious furnishings. The apartment has a spacious living / dining area, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a nice little roof terrace. Parking space directly on site. Bakers and butchers can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. Ideal starting point for Munich, Erding, and the Alpine foothills. No pets! One-off final cleaning costs (incl. Bed linen and towels) are € 45.

Tolle Wohnung, gute Anbindung, sehr nette Gastgeber

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und freundlich ausgestattet.Man benötigt mit dem Auto ca 10 Minuten bis zur S Bahn Station Grub und ist dann zügig in München Zentrum.Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.Wir fühlten uns wohl.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Enkeln in dieser schönen Wohnung. Ideal für einen Besuch der Allianz Arena oder die Therme in Erding. Man fährt nicht weit nach München und es ist trotzdem ländlich.Wohnung super, alles da was man braucht. Sauber und super eingerichtet.

Wunderbare Wohnung

Wie beschrieben eine sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber und gepflegt, viel Platz und sehr ruhig. Leider waren wir nur 2 Tage dort, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und in der kurzen Zeit die Entspannung genossen.( Besonders in der tollen Dusche!)Sehr nette Gastgeber noch dazu, alles perfekt!Gerne einmal wieder.
