From the moment we entered, this house felt like a home. Tastefully decorated and spacious. Pamela was available at a moments notice, and answered questions promptly. You don’t need to stay in Munich, Anzing is BEAUTIFUL!

Great stay in Anzing

We chose this property for our visit to Munich for several reasons, but the main driver is the cost of staying in Munich itself. Nightly rates for our trip would have been 2-3x what we paid so that drove our decision to stay outside the city. That being said, the property is lovely and spacious and the host was very helpful with my questions and quick to respond. The wood heating (needed for hot water) is a little quirky, but not at all a big deal. Beds were comfortable and the sitting areas outside the house were very private. There is a grocery store within easy walking distance of the house and Anzing itself is a quiet town/farming community (although the road in front of the house is surprisingly busy). I would highly recommend the pizza shop in town (Pizza da Cristiano) if you are looking for something in town. Since I suspect others will look at this property for the same reasons we did (cost savings vs Munich), I wanted to address transportation options. There is a bus stop in town that will take you to a train line to get into Munich. If you plan any tours leaving from Munich this will get you there by 8:30 - except on Sunday. We decided to (mostly) use Uber to get around as we saved enough on the lodging to justify it. Wait times were never more than 15 minutes even early on Sunday and it takes ~30 minutes to get into Munich proper. Cost was 30-40 euro each way for an UberX.

Erholung vor und nach der Arbeit

Wir waren mit unserem Messestand zur Messe FREE in München. Wir konnten nur früh morgen, abends und nachts das Haus genießen und nutzen.Eine wohlige Wärme durch den Holzofen und die Fußbodenheizung lässt Strandfeeling durch Barfußlaufen aufkommen.Die Küche läd zum Selberkochen und versorgen ein, es war alles wichtige, selbst Olivenöl vorhanden. Gerne kommen wir in 2026 wieder.Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ralf MadertTeam Surfers Paradise

Prima huis dicht aan doorgaande weg

We hebben een week met temperaturen van boven de 30 graden gehad. Dat was uitzonderlijk maar daarom waren de slaapkamers zeer warm en niet goed te koelen. Geluid van de weg hoor je goed in de slaapkamers. Het huis is zeer ruim en aangenaam. Fijne douche. Badkamer is op de begane grond.Prima bedden. Wij vonden het meubilair niet echt comfortabel. Verder voldeed het. Afstand naar Munchen is ideaal.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Holzhaus in Anzing sehr genossen, das Design ist wirklich toll, alles mit viel Liebe und Geschmack gebaut und eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, unsere Tochter hat sich sehr über das Spielzeug gefreut.

Urlaub mit Wohnerlebnis

Tolles Haus - wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Tolle Lage um Ausflüge in die Berge oder zu den Seen zu machen, mit der S-Bahn waren wir auch in 25 Min. am Marienplatz. Die Vermieterin war stehts ansprechbar und hat kurzfristig geantwortet. Rund rum sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Holzhaus Mühle 10 in Anzing

Dieses Ferienhaus in Anzing ist top ausgestattet (vor allem Küche und Badezimmer) und die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten ist sehr großzügig. Da wurde sogar die Holzschaukel im Wohnzimmer für unsere zwei Teenager zum Erlebnis. Alles ist sehr sauber, es gibt sogar 2 Terrassen, so dass man sogar im Hochsommer immer ein schattiges Plätzchen findet. Das Heizen mit Ofen für Brauchwasser funktioniert problemlos. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen, München in 20 Minuten mit der S-Bahn ab Poing, Starnberger See, Tegernsee, Chiemsee mit dem Auto in einer knappen Stunde. In Poing gibt es auch einen Badeweiher. Leider liegt das Haus direkt an einer durch Landmaschinen und Lastwagen stark befahrenenden Landstraße, so dass es schonmal etwas lauter werden kann. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Munchen

Hallo! Wir sind eine Familie aus dem Rheinland mit drei Kindern und haben dieses Jahr unseren Urlaub in Bayern verbracht: Es ist so ein herrliches Bundesland mit all den Seen und freundlichen Menschen dort... ;-) Das wunderbare Ferienhaus aus Holz "Mühle 10" in Anzing liegt nur 20 Minuten von München entfernt: wie praktisch! :-) Wir haben uns im Holzhaus total wohl gefühlt. => Ein außergewöhnliches Konzept: Fast alles im Haus ist aus Holz! zudem sehr geräumig und frei: also perfekt zum durchatmen und entspannen! (denn mal ganz anders wie bei uns zu Hause, wo alles total vollgestellt ist...hihi) Der Teenie-Sohn hatte ein Schlafzimmer mit Hängeschaukelstuhl. Super! Die beiden kleinen Kids hatten das große Schlafzimmer (mit einem von uns zusammen...) => ein besseres Spielezimmer gibt es nicht... ;-) Zudem noch ein weiteres Zimmer (Nordzimmer) mit Sessel zum Beine hochlegen und auch wunderbar! ;-) Es gab eine Schaukel mitten im Wohnzimmer (cool!), auf der mein Sohn das Selbstanschaukeln gelernt hat. :-) Der Ofen ist voll praktisch zu bedienen (per Knopfdruck und ohne die Asche rausholen zu müssen) + die Wärme geht flott ins Duschwasser über (also überhaupt gar kein Problem! Und gemütlich) Begeistert waren wir von all dem Kinder-Holzspielzeug und dem riesengroßen Bücherregal, wo die Mama sich dann ab und zu mal ein interessantes Buch zum Lesen herausgepickt hatte... 😀

Holzhaus mit besonderem Charme

bietet viel Platz für 4-6 Personen; gemütlich eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail; CO²-neutrale Warmwasserbereitung durch Holzbefeuerung ist problemlos zu bedienen; wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt.
