Our cozy holiday home is bright and friendly and is located in a quiet location with a pleasant view. Each room has a TV and free WiFi. Bed linen and towels are included in the room price.
On request, we are also happy to serve with a baby bed or high chair.
You have a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.)
with dining area available. The large garden with terrace is ideal for children.

Really nice property with lots of bedrooms. Nice kitchen with huge table. No real living/sitting area, but the patio with awning made up for it. Johanna was very responsive to my questions. Convenient to the train and autobahn. Would stay again.

Hohenbrunn - a gem!

We stayed here while visiting Munich. The experience of the town was wonderful, the beer garden can't be missed. The train is around the corner and takes you to anywhere you might want to go. I would highly recommend this rental!

Spacious clean property good for groups

We stayed for the Oktoberfest 2018. We were greeted by the owner who made us feel very welcome. Property is good for groups and close to the s-bahn so we could get to the Oktoberfest site easily. We went to Alte Wirt in hohenbrunn for a meal on the first night which was a great place for Bavarian food.

a great home in a nice location

Our family of 7 fit nicely in this roomy home in the quiet town of Hohenbrunn. It has a lovely yard and even bikes and kids outdoor toys my children were allowed to use. The home is conveniently located a short walk to restaurants, a bakery, childrens playground, and the train station. We were a short train ride away from Munich's attractions, which was nice. Johanna was very sweet and helpful to my family while we rented. I would definitely stay here again!

Couldn’t have found anything more perfect!

The house was by far my favourite air bnb in Europe. We had a group of 10, and everyone had their own space. The house was a quick walk to the metro system and we had no issues with figuring it out. Hohenbrunn was awesome and the local pub/restaurant we went to was delicious. Would love to stay here again if we make it back to Germany. The owner answered questions quickly and went above and beyond. Can’t say enough good things!

Perfektes Wochenende trotz Regen! Perfektes Wochenende trotz Regen!

Wir haben ein wunderbares Wochenende mit Freunden in diesem gemütlichen, großen Haus verbracht! Obwohl das Wetter leider sehr schlecht war und es durchgehend geregnet hat, war das Haus ein perfekter Ausgleich. Es ist geräumig, gemütlich und hat eine wunderschöne warme Atmosphäre. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, alle notwendige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Der Garten ist einfach top! Die S-Bahn Station ist in der Nähe, sodass man schnell in München am Marienplatz ist. Vielen Dank für das tolle Wochenende und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Wohngegend. Man ist gut an die S-Bahn angebunden und in ca. einer halben Stunde in der Münchner Innenstadt. Die Gastgeberin war schnell erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Viele Grüße aus dem hohen Norden.

Our host was very responsive! She made us a cheesecake for a birthday in our group!! The guesthouse was perfect for our group of 10! The location to the s-baun was a short walk and only 25 mins into Munich!

Entspannt nach dem Messetrubel

Wir waren zur Messe in München. Alles sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Anbindung an den ÖPNV zur Messe und in die Innenstadt. Sehr schöne ländliche Umgebung, die sich auch sehr gut für das morgendliche Workout eignet.

Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Frau Maier ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Die Lage ist super. Ländlich gelegen aber trotzdem im Speckgürtel von München mit direkter Anbindung an die Autobahn.

Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht in super Lage!

Wir waren für ein Wochenende mit unserer Jungs-Truppe im Gästehaus Johanna untergebracht und haben uns echt wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten genug Platz und es fehlte uns an nichts. Der große Tisch in der Küche lädt Abends zum verweilen ein. Die Lage ist auch super und man hat im Ort alles (bis auf einen Supermarkt) was man braucht. Wir waren in der Jochen Schweizer Arena zum Surfen. Da wir bestes Wetter hatten, haben wir das genutzt und haben einen Spaziergang (grob 50min) rüber in die Arena gemacht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Great house, great location - loved it

Awesome house, in a location that is perfect. Train station is a 10 min walk and a quick trip to anywhere in Munich. The autobahn is right there and can get any where. We spent time in Bad Tolz, Salzburg, Dachau and Munich. Awesome restaurants in the town. We loved it!! Thanks to the host

Excellent stay

We were a group of four traveling for four weeks. This was a nice break from hotels. We enjoyed the kitchen table, washer, and extra space. Local Italian restaurant was fast and good. Grocery store 3Km away, quiet country atmosphere. Would stay again.
