Gut ausgestattete, saubere Ferienwohnung.
Pros: Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, saubere, freundlich eingerichtete, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Ruhig im Grünen gelegen, S-Bahn und Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar.
Cons: Schlafzimmer zwei ist nur über eine laut knarrende Raumspartreppe aus dem Wohnzimmer zu erreichen.

Pros: Wirklich sehr nette Gastgeber einer gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung an der es nichts zu bemängeln gibt, außer eventuell den Geräuschen der Treppe vom ersten Stock nach oben in das andere Schlafzimmer, diese sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir waren täglich mit der Bahn nach München und zurück, die Züge fahren alle Stunde. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig, man hat einen eigenen großzügigen Parkplatz und seperaten Zugang zur FeWo.
Sollten wir wieder Konzerte in München besuchen, werden wir sicherlich wieder bei Familie Bayer buchen.

Pros: Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ehepaar Bayerl war uns auf Anhieb sympathisch und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt, da wir es nicht weit nach München, an den Chiemsee oder die Berge hatten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.
