Lovely apartment and host

My friends and I stayed here from Australia. The place was really nice and the town was beautiful. The host was lovely and gave us tips on what to do in Munich.

Just Ok

Not a real VRBO. In renting a VRBO house or appt or condo, we expect a fully functional living space with all of a house commodity. This VRBO has no washing and drying machines, the kitchen..... well it not a kitchen really just a kitchenette. So if you expect saving money in dining in .. forget that. It's so small and with 2 small burner beside boiling water notjing realy can be done. My room witch is not a room was in the kitchen ........ The real room was ok. The shower size is so small that you cant move. The furnitures ( witch is very limited) is stock in the 1970. No parking space. The host is an old german man that does not speak english or very very limited. In todays world of traveling and lodging platform, this is probably the lowest satisfying experience. We travel all over the world and always use these type of platform for lodging. Our experience in choosing the right place is done by doing a lot of reserch and comparaison. I can say that i got fooled by this one... The intro picture of a type of tapistery that you see for this appt is actually a old cloth hanging on a wall in the staircase.... not even in the appartment. That appt is a typical location of soneone who trys to amke a quick bick with out carrying about there guest confort and well beeing. For the same price there is much better option. Dont get fooled by the angle of the pictures like i did.

Hi Pierre, I`m very surprised by your review, as all details of the rooms layout, the furnishing and equipment of the appt can be seen in the pictures and description. I think everything is described best possible, so we don`t really understand your review. Until now, we never had bad feedback according our appt. I deeply regret, that you were not satisfied. The well-beeing our guests is very important to us, and even if my English is not that good, I`m always willing to help if there are any problems. In my opinion, the price for the appt is very fair.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Es wurde sogar Spielzeug für unsere Tochter bereitgestellt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist auch super, es ist ruhig und die Bushaltestelle zum S-Bhf ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Sehr gut für Menschen, die sich gut kennen

Für uns war die Lage in Nähe der Messe ideal: nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Bus, der direkt bis zur Messe fährt. Nicht klar war uns, dass es kein abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer gibt. Zwar geht es aus einer Bildunterschrift hervor, das sich eines der Betten im Wohnraum befindet. Doch auch das Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett ist nicht separat - man muss es betreten, um zum Bad zu kommen. Es wäre gut, wenn dies aus der Beschreibung der Unterkunft hervorgehen würde. Für Menschen, die sich gut kennen, ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern, die im selben Haus wohnen, war sehr unkompliziert.

Herrliche Auszeit im Raum München!

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend durch den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr an München angebunden. Hier wird man nicht durch Straßenlärm, sondern durch Kirchenglocken geweckt... Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Der Vermieter wohnt im gleichen Haus und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr geräumig Wohnung mit zwei Zimmern. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, es gibt sogar eine Espresso Maschine.

In einer extremen Hitze-Periode mit einer täglichen Außentemperatur von 32-36° und das stabil über 2 Wochen heizt sich leider jede Wohnung auf. Ganz Bayern stöhnte unter dieser Hitze-Periode. Es ist bedauerlich, dass unsere französischen Gäste ausgerechnet in dieser Zeit die Ferienwohnung gebucht hatten.

Toplage für Besuch in München

die FeWo war gut ausgestattet. Toplage für einen Besuch in München. Mit dem ÖPNV in 30 Minuten am Marienplatz in München. Mit dem Bus 263 in 20 Minuten in den Riem-Arkaden. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dort. München ist eine weitere Reise wert. Jederzeit wieder in dieser Ferienwohnung.

Gemütlich in Kirchheim

Großzügige Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern und bequemen Betten, ideal für den Besuch zweier Nordlichter bei der Münchner Familie! Kirchheim ist auch ein beschauliches Örtchen, so kann man die Brötchen und den leckeren Leberkäs` gleich ums Eck fürs Frühstück holen, sehr praktisch gelegen im Osten Münchens auch für schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Gerne wieder :-)
